Leading, Scaling, Transforming Through Disruptive Times

Disruptive times can bring out fear, uncertainty, procrastination, paralysis, and sometimes a continual flow of ‘new initiatives’ that may or may not be well connected. At these times, organizations from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies need to have agile, strategic plans that drive clarity and commitment through continuous communication. Defining potential future states and scenario planning for each are effective means to wrestle with uncertainty. Effective planning also needs to be augmented by robust execution. Not only execution across projects and initiatives, but intentional organizational change considering people, processes, and technologies. Practical examples, insights, and stories will be shared on how to lead, scale, and transform through disruptive times.
